ingrid fletcher - publicist
Ingrid Fletcher is a Nashville, Tennessee native. She brings to the table over 14 years of communications experiences that spans, but not limited to, corporate, health care, radio, entertainment, non-profit and sports. In November of 2004, Ms. Fletcher launched a full-service public relations and management company, Chavez PR & Management. Due to client demand in 2007, she partnered with a longtime friend and business colleague to launch a full service event management company, i.e. entertainment. Through her entertainment and management companies, she assists athletes and entertainers in developing, managing and executing their philanthropic initiates. Ms. Fletchers serves as Marketing Director and has a monthly column with Center Stage Magazine called A Conversation with Ingrid. She was featured on LifeTime TVs 20th Anniversary Celebrating Women for empowering the women of Nashville through a group she founded, Sisters of the Soul. Soon after, she launched, S.O.S. (Sisters of the Soul) as a nonprofit organization. Ms. Fletcher currently serves as Managing Partner with Vision Distribution, LLC. She serves on the board of a non-profit organization, The Playmaker Foundationwhich serves the disadvantaged youth of Nashville and surrounding area communities. She is currently ghostwriting a project for a long-time corporate executive and long-time mentor. Ms. Fletchers multifaceted background spans writing, business development, client relations, project management, event management, publicity, brand/image development & management, marketing, professional training/coaching, foundation development, public relations/media relations and more. She is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated. In her free time she enjoys family, travels, song writing and blogging. She currently has book, television and film projects on the horizon. Ms. Fletcher is a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University where she obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Communications with an emphasis in Advertising and Public Relations.
